St. John’s Episcopal Church, Norwood Parish seeks a staff singer to support and lead the tenor section of its 30-voice choir, which consists of dedicated volunteers alongside four paid adults and three paid high-school choral scholars.  The choir season runs September to early June; staff singers divide summer Sundays as soloists.  St. John’s is conveniently located on the Chevy Chase / Bethesda border, a ten-minute walk from the Bethesda Metro Station (Red Line).

Christ Church (Episcopal), Georgetown, Washington, DC, a historic parish with a long tradition of excellence in liturgical music, seeks a tenor to join its 12-voice, professional Choir, which provides musical leadership at the 11:15 a.m. service - Holy Eucharist or Morning Prayer - each Sunday and for special liturgies throughout the year. The ensemble also sings Choral Evensong on the first, third, and fifth Sundays of the month, October through May, at 5:00 p.m.
