The Church of the Little Flower is seeking a cantor for the 2019 liturgical season.

The ideal candidates will have impeccable musicianship skills, solid vocal technique, a large variety of appropriately sacred solos and a desire to build a strong relationship with the Little Flower Community. Currently, we are hearing all voice-parts for the season. Compensation is competitive with the potential for multiple calls per weekend Saturdays at 5 pm & Sunday mornings at 9 am, 10:30 am & noon.  Occasional rehearsals Wednesday evenings from 7:30-9pm. To schedule an audition please email Terry N. Christ Episcopal Church in Columbia, Maryland, is launching a Royal School of Church Music in America (RSCM) VOICE for LIFE chorister program. We seek to hire a Vocal Coach to work with our choristers individually and in small groups to develop a healthy, reliable vocal technique. We seek a talented soprano, knowledgeable about the vocal physiology and technique, experienced in working with young voices, and excited to be a team member at our growing parish.

Description of role: Part-time vocalist (treble preferred) singing for 3 Masses/weekend including a 45 minute or 1-hour pre-Mass rehearsal.

There is currently an opening for a Soprano in the Schola Cantorum of the cathedral. Schola members sing for both the 10:00 am (Latin) and 11:30 am (English) Sunday Eucharists in one of the most rewarding acoustic settings in the area.
