INSTRUCTIONS for Google Calendar users.

1. Create event in Google calendar, naming title, date, time, location, description.

INSTRUCTIONS: For Apple iCal, Yahoo, Microsoft Outlook calendar users.

1. Open this link: http://www.google.com/support/calendar/bin/answer.py?answer=83126
2. Click on the calendar service from which you are sending events and follow those instructions to create and save your file as an ICS or CSV file.
3. Save the file to your desktop.
4. Send the file as an attachment to Lisa.

Check the View Calendar link within 24 hours to confirm that the information is posted.
